Ellis is from Holland, and she arrived in the Algarve in 1995.
She worked in the real estate business for several years.
In 2005 she moved to Bahia, Brazil, where she stayed for 8 years, working on social projects with children and real estate development. In 2013 she returned to the Algarve, where she started a new project “Manor Properties”, together with Rui.
“I think the fact I moved from one country to another several times, helps me a lot in dealing with my foreign clients”. “I know the process, and I recognize the insecurities and problems people think they might have to face. But believe me, it is worth it, it´s a great adventure!!”
Ellis speaks Dutch, English, German and Portuguese.

Rui was born and raised in the beautiful city of Viseu, in the centre of Portugal.
He worked in real estate business for eight years over there, thee as employee and five in his own company, but he always felt a huge attraction to open an office in the Algarve.
In 2007 he decided to take the step, and to move to Tavira - Algarve, where he worked in the same company until 2014, when he decided to start a new project with Ellis.
“The Algarve is fantastic, the quality of life is great, and Tavira is definitely the most beautiful town. The beaches, the people, it is a lovely place to live and work”.
Rui speaks Portuguese and English.

Sr Vasco is also from Viseu. He first made a career in the printing business before moving to the Algarve. He has a great knowledge of the local food and drink culture. Besides advising his clients on buying property, he will give them great tips on where to wine and diner!
